Brian Kissinger is restoring a 1942 Piper Grasshopper and using it to raise money for brain tumor research. What a great project on so many levels!

That's a novel idea. Will he sell the restored plane or fly it around, or enter shows for prize money, or what?

I think he is going to fly it around. In the article, they call it "barnstorming", which I believe is flying it low over small towns and getting local media attention in order to publicize the cause.
